Afgelopen woensdag ging het eindstation offline. Niet buiten gebruik gesteld. In beslag genomen. Door een gezamenlijke militaire operatie waarbij zes landen betrokken waren die nooit publiekelijk hebben erkend dat ze samenwerken.
Het weer is geen wapen meer. Voor het eerst sinds 1979 is de lucht van niemand.
Elke “natuurramp” van de afgelopen 47 jaar had een handtekening. Een frequentievingerafdruk ingebed in de ionosferische verstoring die eraan voorafging. HAARP-onderzoekers hebben het tientallen jaren lang ontdekt. Ze werden belachelijk gemaakt. Gedefundeerd. Gedeplatformeerd.

De aardbeving in Fukushima in 2011: handtekening terug te voeren op een marineschip dat onder geen enkele vlag in de Stille Oceaan opereert. De registratie — van het schip, verkregen via QFS maritieme tracking —, is eigendom van een lege vennootschap op de Kaaimaneilanden. De enige directeur van het bedrijf: een Rothschild-familietrust.
Ze voorspelden geen rampen. Ze hebben ze besteld.
Waarom het weer beheersen?
Omdat het weer alles beheerst. Voedselprijzen. Verzekeringsmarkten. Overheidsstabiliteit. Migratiepatronen. Verkiezingsuitslagen.
Een droogte in het juiste land op het juiste moment doet een regering instorten. Een overstroming in de juiste regio op het juiste moment zorgt voor een vluchtelingencrisis die een continent destabiliseert. Een orkaan die de juiste stad treft voordat er verkiezingen plaatsvinden, verandert de uitslag.
Ze hadden geen legers nodig. Ze hadden geen moorden nodig. Ze hadden regen — nodig of de afwezigheid ervan — op de juiste plaats op het juiste moment.
$4,2 biljoen aan schade door natuurrampen sinds 1979. Verzekeringsuitkeringen vloeien naar herverzekeringsmaatschappijen die eigendom zijn van dezelfde familie die de rampen heeft veroorzaakt. Wedden op de vernietiging die ze creëerden. Verzamelen van het lijden dat ze hebben veroorzaakt.
De 22 stations staan nu onder militaire controle van de Alliantie. De technologie wordt niet vernietigd — en wordt hergebruikt. Niet als wapen. Als restauratiegereedschap.
Woestijnen die kunstmatig zijn ontstaan door 40 jaar onderdrukte regenval, worden omgekeerd. Landbouwregio’s die systematisch werden drooggelegd om voedselafhankelijkheid te creëren, worden hersteld. Oceaanstromingen die werden verstoord om de visserij-economieën te veranderen, worden genormaliseerd.
Het weer op de planeet keert terug naar zijn natuurlijke staat. Voor het eerst in een halve eeuw zal de regen vallen waar hij zou moeten vallen. De zon zal schijnen waar hij hoort te schijnen. De seizoenen zullen zich gedragen zoals ze deden voordat iemand besloot God te spelen met een frequentiezender.
